I was born and raised in Michigan and began working for NewSound in August of 2011. Working for NewSound has been a great experience. Helping people hear is so eye opening as each day brings new experiences and challenges. What better job can you ask for when all that is required of you is to open your heart and do the best that you can for each patient. Giving back to the community is a fulfilling accomplishment. I have a passion for basketball and football at both the college and professional levels. I am a University of Michigan Sports Fanatic – GO Blue!!!

I have over 11 years of working in the medical field with a concentration in case management within the nonprofit realm. I genuinely enjoy working with the local community of Laredo! I have a passion for helping those in need. It has been such a joy, seeing the difference we make on the daily basis with every patient that walks through our clinic; We strive to help those in our local community hear better and ultimately give them a better quality of life.

Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee
I was born and Raised in Laredo TX. I have worked in the medical field for the past 11 years. I graduated from Texas A&M International University with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Education. I love spending time with my family from vacationing to just having family gatherings at home. I love being able to help my community and as an Audio Tech I will be able to help patients have a better quality of life by hearing better.
Gladys Troudt
Patient Care Coordinator
Gladys Troudt is a Patient Care Coordinator. Gladys is originally from Anahuac, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, attended Laredo Community College and started working at NewSound Hearing in 2015.
Gladys began working in the hearing industry in 2015 and was drawn to the profession because she loves meeting patients and helping with their hearing problems to give them a better quality of life.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Gladys loves hobbies such as reading, playing with her dogs, and spending time with family.
