I have to take some time to attempt to express the immense gratitude & heartfelt appreciation that myself & more importantly my family have for what you all have done. I do not believe I have words to articulate the emotional & spiritual uplift we have & are experiencing from the services your highly professional staff has provided. Let me just say as a veteran of the United States Army the often lack of care that is sporadically replaced with lackluster services had become the norm. It was not until my wife & I were introduced to the passionate, knowledgeable & caring people at Laredo Hearing Solutions that our expectations have completely changed. The second we walked into your warm & inviting office we felt completely comfortable by the reception of friendly happy faces who welcomed us. From Nery, the first of many, who took time & with great compassion explained exactly step by step of what we were going to experience and provide contacts for additional support. Her insight & knowledge gave us a greater understanding of what was happening to me & the precise actions needed to rectify my long standing injuries. To Michelle who has done a tremendous service for not only myself but my eternally thankful family. Her technical skills & razor sharp knowledge of not only my balance condition (which I never associated with my ears) but also device setup & adjustments have made our complete household a more tranquil & Zen environment. All of which was made possible under the direction of Doctors Silva & Chikuku, for which we can not convey enough appreciation & acknowledgement. The work being done by these wonderfully patient & extremely knowledgeable medical professionals is irreplaceable. The new sound audiologist are great people, always helpful and eager to find solutions to your hearing problems. I had a serious hearing loss problem and they were very patient with me and helped find the right hearing aid. I would highly recommend the new sound products and services to all my relatives and friends. You can't go wrong with New Sound al all.

Great service. The front desk lady very helpful provided me with English and Spanish forms. The specialist was very friendly and helpful. He cleared all my doubts about my hearing and explained me the whole process for getting the right hearing aids. Highly recommended.
